Ralph has a degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. Ralph worked in the Information Technology consulting industry for 20 years, building networks, managing customers, and running business operations. Delivering exceptional service and managing high performing teams has always been a driving force in Ralph’s professional career. With My Backyard Sports, Ralph is able to continue to build exceptional teams that will bring fun and happiness to Nassau County.

First Sports Experience – Little League with my Dad. Our love for baseball was always a common bond we shared.

Why I’m In This Business
Growing up, I dreamed of playing first base for the New York Yankees like my idol Don Mattingly. Even though I never made it to the big leagues (or anywhere close!), the dream lives on through My Backyard Sports, where I am able to champion my love of sports to enrich and inspire families and communities. The most rewarding factor is that I am able to work in the communities where I played sports growing up, which I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to do.
A Passion For Building Teams
Ralph loves working with teammates to get the job done. Without a team, where would any of us be? At My Backyard Sports, the team is front and center. Just as with any team-based sport, we can only succeed if we all follow the same playbook and execute the play the way it was drawn up.
